Need a quiet practice area?
I know many people wouldn’t have the money for something like this, but…. vocalbooth.com and whisperroom.com sell a variety of small/medium size “kits” for “sound isolation enclosures” technically they’re not “soundproof” rooms, but isolation rooms. They start around $1500 give or take (and the price goes up with the room size…. the smallest might be a bit cramped….), claim to have easy assembly and can give a dramatic noise reduction. They might make good booths for a small home studio setup for instance, or for practice.
