I’ve found several sites have stayed open in tabs for their usefulness… The cyberhymnal is one (lyrics and information - sometimes midi and score for songs.) Also, there’s The music library at timelesstruths.org they give copyright status, lyrics/midi and score as well as lyrics. Some books and lyrics are available online [...]

Notation editing software

For a while I’ve used Allegro from Finale, but just found reference to this shareware editor from http://www.myriad-online.com/ called Melody Assistant. If you’re looking for music notation software it might be worth a look (it also apparently runs well via wine on linux.)
