Music Teacher Resources
Being a music teacher presents all sorts of challenges. In addition to managing payments from students and working new ideas up for your students, you also need to try to keep up with ways to recruit new students and find music materials. Some days you have to cancel and that usually starts a phone marathon of 20 or so phone calls by the time you tag everyones home, office and work number.
Anyway, my goal here is to collect resources for the Music Instructor to help find music for students, organize your studio, promote your studio and other helpful things.
GetLessonsNow.com is a site where you can sign up and provide a free profile of yourself and your studio. It seems to rank quite well for Google and let’s visitors search for instructors by zip code and instrument to find the nearest instructor.
